TÜDKİYEB President Nihat Çelik announced that the new support program will provide assistance for lambs and kids. He emphasized that breeders who become members of the Union will also benefit from herd manager employment support. Çelik stated that vaccinating lambs and kids and registering them in VETBİS is mandatory, while noting that vaccination will not be required for businesses located on the European side of Çanakkale.
He mentioned that applications will be accepted in September and that the support payments will be made in two phases. Çelik highlighted the importance of breeders applying to their unions within the specified periods, noting that approximately 300,000 breeders interested in receiving these support measures need to stay informed about this process.
