New MM 950 and 1090 – Powerful Grass Combiner Solutions

Kuhn has introduced the Merge Maxx MM 950 and 1090 feed merger machines. Designed for large farms and private enterprises seeking reliable and flexible equipment, these machines operate within a working width of up to 36 feet. The MM 950 and 1090 can create homogenous rations with various feeds using center, side, or split delivery options. The well-known center delivery concept offers eight different delivery options to adapt to diverse harvesting applications. The standard floating wind guard automatically adjusts to changing product volumes, ensuring precise guidance towards the center of the belt and creating consistent, airy rations.

The small-diameter pickups are optimized for gathering both light, short products and dense, heavy materials. The pickup speed is adjustable to maintain feed quality. The spring suspension system enhances ground tracking and flotation, featuring four springs on each merging head, which allows for operation without complex hydraulic systems. Each head has a wide turning angle (+/- 10°) and a suspension range of 20 inches. The AT-10 controller operates in a user-friendly manner, managing machine performance efficiently. It oversees feed delivery, individual unit lifting, belt pickups, and transitions from transport to working positions. KUHN, along with KUHN Knight and KUHN Krause products, is distributed through agricultural equipment dealers throughout the USA, Canada, and other countries.
