The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry continues to publish lists of food products that threaten health due to adulteration and fraud. Recent tests revealed that various olive oils contained lower quality olive oil, banned dyes, and seed oils. Notably, a significant number of brands identified in the list of fraudulent olive oils belong to Onay Ticaret-Sabri Akın. According to the list dated October 16, it was determined that they sold fraudulent olive oil under nine different brand names. Additionally, ‘Vegetable Blend Oil’ owned by Halil Gökkaya was found to contain a dye unsuitable for food use.
