Omef excavator-mounted tree shears now come equipped with a heavy-duty hydraulic worm-drive rotator for quick angle adjustment. This feature allows for a wider range of movement, making it easier to cut branches in different planes and reducing the need for constant repositioning. The rotator is available on all Omef tree shears, including the popular BI300 model.
The BI300 model is designed for excavators weighing between 7-18t and boasts a powerful hydraulic ram that provides 33t of force, enabling it to cut branches up to 300mm in diameter. This model, complete with the rotator, can be purchased for £11,250 through dealer Field & Forest.
For smaller machines, Field & Forest also offers the BI100 with a 150mm cutting capacity for £2,650 and the BI200 with a 200mm cutting capacity for £3,731. Please note that the prices mentioned do not include the rotator.
