Durukan Şekerleme’s IPO Reaches 722.5 Million TL: Key Highlights
Durukan Şekerleme has recently joined Borsa Istanbul, announcing a public offering worth 722.5 million TL. According to a statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform by Deniz Investment, Durukan Şekerleme’s shares with a nominal value of 1 TL were offered at a price of 17.00 TL. The public offering included a capital increase of 32.5 million TL and the sale of 10 million TL nominal value shares through a secondary sale.
In the primary market of Borsa Istanbul, it was reported that no allocation was made based on investor groups. A total of 698,198 orders were placed for the shares, with a remarkable demand amounting to 2.6 billion TL.
