Immediate Demolition of Illegal Structures in Forests: A Necessity
Illegal structures and crops planted in forests will be demolished and eliminated by the General Directorate of Forestry without the need for any decision. The costs of these operations will be collected from the offender.
According to forestry law, immediate intervention will take place in cases of unauthorized openings, occupations, and utilization, as well as planting and sowing. The activities in question will be halted, and the planted crops and construction works will be demolished or eliminated if deemed necessary. However, if required, these structures may be preserved for use in forestry services.
